How do I back up my data?
Your data is automatically backed up daily by a complete server backup.

Can I deduct payments such as Child Support from employees pays?
Intrepid Payroll allows you to set up deductions; therefore you can easily manage Child Support Deductions which will also track through the PAYE system as well.

Can I pay my employees electronically?
Yes, Intrepid Payroll has integration with the major banks in New Zealand, these are: ASB, ANZ , BNZ, The National Bank, Westpac, Trustbank, The Citibank.

Can I export my Payroll data to an accounting package?
Currently you can export your General Ledger data to QuickBooks, MYOB and general CSV format. There is also an additional Export available for QuickBooks users integrating job costing information.

Will Intrepid Payroll create an Employer Monthly Schedule?
Intrepid Payroll creates the IR348, IR345 and IR346 reports. You also have the ability IR file to send these reports directly to the Inland Revenue Department.

What does the monthly cost include?
The Intrepid Payroll monthly cost includes the full use of the Intrepid Payroll software, email and telephone support and all updates and upgrades.

How do I go about running multiple companies?
When signing up for Intrepid Payroll you would give your second companies details. We would then set up a second Company, User and Sign in. This would incur an additional 69.95 + GST fee.

Can I print Payslips for my employees?
Yes, you can print payslips directly from your Intrepid Payroll software.

How do I update my payroll for new changes to legislation?
One of the most powerful features of Intrepid Payroll is that you do not have to update your software manually. When a change comes into effect for New Zealand legislation your Payroll software is automatically updated from our servers to reflect the new legislation.
